Thank you to our community organizations that we have supported in 2015/16

Theme – In keeping with the 2015-16 Rotary Theme – Be a Gift to the World, we wish to:

1.  Thank and Recognize those organizations that we have supported in the our community.
2. Thank and Recognize our members who continue to support our work in the community.
3. Show case Rotary to potential members who have shown an interest in joining Rotary

Format – this would be an informal meeting with no set agenda.

5:30 – 7:30

7 pm – Give our Regards to those organizations in attendance through a cheque presentation and a hand shake

There would not be a formal sit down dinner, rather we would have hors d’oeuvres and the bar would be open
