Our 2020-2021 Community Service Chair, Chris Foreman

Born and raised in the Trenton, Ontario,  Chris graduated from the Humber College Funeral Service Education Program in 1998.  His is married to wife Rebecca "Bex" Foreman and they share a beautiful daughter Charlotte.  Chris has volunteered for several organizations such as Community Care in Northumberland,  V.O.N. in Hastings and Northumberland.  As as volunteer for these two organizations, Chris was responsable for delivering Meals on Wheels for those less fortunate and those with mobility issues.  Chris is a past board member for the Mt. Evergreen Cemetery Board before it was turned over to the City of Quinte West.  He is also past Vice President for the Brighton and Area Chamber of Commerce.

Our 2022-2023 Board Year Community Service date funding deadline is July 1, 2022. Please provide as much detail as possible in your application and any supporting documents.
 
Aligning with Rotary International's 6 AREAS OF FOCUS - the Rotary Club of Trenton Community Service Committee is responsible for supporting programs for the purpose of improving the quality of life of the population in our local community, Quinte West.
 
Once our committee has received your application, it will scored at our monthly Community Service Committee Meeting, based on a criteria system we have developed. Those applications that our committee scores highest, will be brought to the next Board Meeting, with a recommendation from Director Sandi Ramsay for funding approval. Please Note: per the by-laws of the Rotary Club of Trenton, our committee can only accept funding applications for the current board year. Multi-year projects MUST reapply on an annual basis.
 
We are delighted to have recently partnered with and supported many deserving community-based projects and organizations including:
